VAS are extremely proud to have developed VCS+ and ACS+, a new vacuum furnace control system and atmosphere furnace control system.

VCS+ and ACS+ were designed over a nine month period with heat treatment specialists boasting in excess of 250 years of combined experience working on both vacuum and atmosphere furnaces.

VAS also carry out centralised quality assurance (QA) processing (including automated cycle costing and buy-off reports). We can provide individual part QA reports for multiple-part loads, quick response (QR) barcoding facilities and out-of-process alerts by email or SMS live as they occur.

Fully networkable, our vacuum furnace control systems allow the viewing of multiple machines from one location and include an offline process with profile viewer and editor.
