SERVICE CONTRACTS

The VAS team of dedicated furnace service engineers and managers will ensure all service contract visits are scheduled and the scope of work is agreed prior to the visit. By doing this, our engineers and our customers can schedule production around the service visit, ensuring production runs smoothly.

SERVICE PLANS

VAS servicing plans for process equipment can be fully tailored to meet your requirements. You decide the frequency of maintenance visits and the option for emergency call outs. You can also select the pump oil analysis service option.

NEW ATMOSPHERIC FURNACES

ENSURING EQUIPMENT HIGH PERFORMANCE

A maintenance contract will ensure the equipment remains in prime condition, to comply with health and safety legislation while operating accurately and efficiently.

NEW ATMOSPHERIC FURNACES

NADCAP CERTIFICATION

Where required, all VAS servicing is completed to Nadcap requirements, with full certification provided.

UKAS-CERTIFIED CALIBRATION

The VAS team can perform on-site UKAS accredited temperature and electrical calibration. Non-accredited calibrations can also be performed which remain traceable to national standards. VAS engineers offer feedback, with calibration certificates produced promptly.

For larger sites we complete site calibration where our engineers and technicians get on board with your team. This level of support means VAS can deliver an efficient and reliable calibration schedule, without production delays or missed deadlines.

OVERHAUL REPAIRS AND UPGRADES SERVICES

The VAS team have extensive experience of redesigning, overhauling and repairing vacuum furnaces, autoclaves and ovens as well as associated equipment. VAS engineers can add new technology and reconfigure existing equipment to deliver considerable savings compared with purchasing new equipment, all whilst ensuring production process and production performance are maintained.
